Service Overview

Leopalace Resort Guam offers a transfer service between Guam International Airport and our hotel (fee-based, reservation required).

* Payment can be made at the front desk upon your arrival at the hotel.

Reservation Procedure

Please submit your request via email with the following information:

Reservations and changes must be submitted at least 5 days prior to your arrival/departure date
A cancellation fee will be applied if you cancel less than 3 days prior to your arrival. A full cancellation fee will be incurred for cancellations made within 2 days of your arrival.
Communication will be in English

Changes made less than 5 days before departure may not be accommodated or may incur cancellation charges.

Upon arrival at Guam International Airport, please proceed through customs and immigration
The airport transportation service is provided by a transportation company using private vehicles.

If you have booked a departure transfer, you will receive written instructions upon your arrival at the hotel.
